Cancellation Policy
Terms for Changing & Cancelling Appointments
Our appointments are individual and limited per day. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep our schedule running smoothly.
Cancellation up to 3 days before the appointment
No charge
Cancellation 2 days before the appointment
50% charge
Cancellation 1 day before or no-show
100% charge
Payment is due within 48 hours of the appointment — otherwise a new booking cannot be made until the balance is settled.

In cases of repeated cancellations or no-shows, prepayment may be required for all future appointments.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you finish my dog faster?
We could, but we prefer not to — not to charge you more, but because our approach here is different, and we want it to stay that way. Your dog has a good time with us: we play, we give treats, we take our time, we take breaks, we play calming music, we use calming games, and we teach dogs to step onto the table and into the tub on their own. Grooming here happens without fear, without pressure — at its own pace. That's our philosophy, and it's the reason you chose us.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, card, IRIS, or bank transfer. Bank transfers need to be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
What if my dog needs a medicated shampoo?
If your dog needs a medicated shampoo prescribed by their vet, please bring it with you. If your dog simply has sensitive skin or allergies, we have products suitable even for very compromised skin (dandruff, atopic dermatitis, eczema, alopecia, etc.).
I have more than one dog — is there a discount?
Each dog is charged individually, as the time required doesn't change per dog.
